Casual Administrator - Palm Beach Share-N-Care

We also proudly serve as a significant distributor for "Meals on Wheels", delivering wholesome meals made in-house to seniors across the Gold Coast.

Our centre welcomes men and women over the age of 50, providing various daily activities and social opportunities for engagement. Be a part of making a difference in our community.

We're currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for a Casual Administration/Book keeper role, available for up to 20 hours per week with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including, but not limited to, data entry, managing phone calls, and responding to emails.
Provide information and support to visitors and callers.
Assist with event and activity coordination.
Maintain office supplies inventory.
Uphold the organization's positive and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
Studying Finance/Accounting/Book keeping
Experience in an administrative role is beneficial, but not essential.
Experience in data entry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Demonstrated reliability and flexibility.
