Job Description
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team at QA Signs, a leading signage company located in Geebung on the north side of Brisbane. Specializing in producing signs for various applications, we pride ourselves on quality and innovation. We both have a casual and full time position avaiable.
What We Are Looking For:
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential in creating visually appealing and accurate designs for signage and car wraps.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with how digital printers, CNC routers, and laser cutters use graphic files. If you already have experience working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, we are willing to teach you the rest.
Versatility: Our projects range from external building signage to internal offices graphics, retail space fitouts, billboards, promotional materials, and car wraps. A creative and adaptable approach is a must.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to understand specific design requirements.
Design and prepare graphics ready for production, working closely with digital printers, CNC routers, and laser cutters.
Produce graphic designs and production files for a wide variety of applications, including external buildings, internal offices, retail spaces, billboards, promotional materials, and car wraps.
Maintain quality control and adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring each project aligns with our high standards.
Qualifications:
Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient on the computer. We have workflow programs that we use, and we provide all the training required. Being a Graphic Designer, we assume you are proficient with computers!
Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; other technical skills can be taught.
A portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a flair for visual storytelling, signage in the portfolio is always a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
