Administration Officer/Office Manager, 3-4 days P.W.
Permanent Part-time
$25 per hour.

Founded 12 years ago in Sydney, LANOLIPS has grown to be recognised as one of Australia’s most successful skincare domestic and international exports.
Due to the rapid business growth, we are seeking a super-efficient Administrative Officer to work in our sun-lit Moore Park office, within an existing team of an office of 15. You will be responsible for wide variety of data entry and general office and administrative duties to support the Head Office Team.

As the Administrative Officer, you will deliver a high level of administrative support services with the Team. Your role will include the provision of essential and diverse administrative functions.

What you will be doing:
• Sales administration
• Data input
• Office management
• Samples and stock organisation
• Digital library organisation
• Marketing administration
• And some clerical support.

You will support several of the Team, on an as-needed basis.
The ideal candidate will need to present with a “can do” attitude and be able to work as part of a team in a busy but friendly environment. You will thrive in a fast paced and diverse environment and will be able to manage competing priorities with ease.
This position will suit the applicant who has a genuine desire to help and meet the needs of others. The successful applicant needs to be attentive to detail and accurate in data inputting.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
• Well-developed skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Word and the willingness to learn additional systems as may be required.
• Well-developed administrative skills and experience.
• A passion for detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised.
• A willingness to be adaptable and responsive to changing demands as they arise
• The disposition to be a helpful and positive presence in our workplace
• The ability to work autonomously and always as part of a diverse team
• excellent communication and organisational (time-management) skills

To join our Team, you’ll need:
• High level of computer literacy, oral and written communication and effective organisation skills
• Fluent in English
• At least 3-4 days per week in the Moore Park Head office are required
