Comprised of over 900 Fellows, ATSE is a non-government, not-for-profit, independent organisation at the forefront of proposing technology powered and human driven solutions to issues such as climate change, the COVID-19 pandemic and building a more diverse STEM workforce ready for the future.
ATSE’S office is located on Ngunnawal, Ngunawal and Ngambri Country in Canberra.

About The Role
The Program Administrator is an integral part of the Operations Team and enables the smooth and efficient running of the ATSE office by providing administrative, organisational and facility support. Working collaboratively displaying a strong sense of customer service, the role assists in the preparation of documents and spreadsheets, compliance tasks and other activities that ensures continuity of secretariat operations and helps to deliver value-add tangible outcomes in line with strategic goals.
We are seeking interest from someone who can demonstrate a highly organised skill set who is confident using the MS Office suite and enjoys collaborating to find solutions. The role is a key link between teams, organisation of resources and would suit someone who enjoys solving problems to enable smooth operational function.
If you are an experienced administrator, or a student who is completing their tertiary studies possessing a flair for organising, juggling a variety of tasks, combined with excellent MS Office skills, this might be the role for you.

This is a part-time, fully office-based role, and is located at our secretariat in Forrest. The role is offered on a two year fixed term contract.
Experience And Skills For Success
Experience in administration and/or co-ordination roles
Experience working in a busy environment with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Demonstrated initiative, and strong organisational skills
Proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Refined communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build productive working relationships across the organisation
Demonstrates a collaborative approach, exhibiting drive and initiative to achieve outcomes
Willingness to participate as a flexible team member and undertake a range of tasks
