The Opportunity:

Are you a dynamic sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive parts sales for world-class mobile equipment in the mining and construction industry? Look no further than Komatsu’s newest opening for a Customer Support Sales Representative (CSSR) in Mackay! 

As a CSSR for Komatsu, you will have the chance to work with a wide range of valued customers in the region and provide them with exceptional support services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving parts sales for mobile equipment used in the construction and mining industries, with a focus on clients in Mackay and throughout the region. 

In addition to the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment, this position offers frequent travel throughout the region, allowing you to experience the unique landscapes and cultures of the area while you support our valued customers. As our newest CSSR, you’ll receive extensive training and support from our team of experts, ensuring you have the tools you need to excel in this exciting position.

Roster: Monday – Friday

Role Located: Mackay

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Customer focused and proactive in identifying opportunities

Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties

Pipeline management and analysis

Efficiently work within the Microsoft Suite

Current drivers licence

We will also highly regard:

Mechanical Trade background (Diesel Fitter) or Parts background

Prior experience in the earth moving industry

Tertiary training highly regarded

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, particularly with Komatsu equipment
