For this HIGHLY unique organization, we are looking for a brilliant all-rounder. We know that the right fit is someone that has performed successfully as an Executive Assistant and as an Office Manager previously and is making the informed choice to work in a combined role.

Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, this organization is a leader in its field and is boutique in size, professional yet informal, engaged, warm and welcoming!
The role
Supporting a busy CFO along with other members of the Executive leadership team and wider office, this is a busy role that requires you to be two steps ahead at all times!! You need to be able to manage a heavy workload and have a cool head at times of pressure.
This diverse role is a mix of everything and anything the office needs day-to-day and to you are the person that just gets things done. The role encompasses being an EA, Office Manager, Operations, HR and Marketing administration.
The team will rely heavily on you to keep the office and the day to day duties in order. You will need to have an outgoing yet firm personality, ability to prioritize the needs of the business and to multitask multiple jobs and deadlines.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but not be limited to
- Provide all day to day organizational support to CFO and wider executive leadership team
- Process needs identification and implementation skills
- Provide general administrative duties such as scanning and filing, answering phone calls and customer enquiries
- Preparing communications, presentations and other documents required.
- Complex travel coordination
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and engage with them on a professional level
- Organize board meetings, including taking and disturbing meeting minutes and agendas
- Having a ‘no job is too big, no task is too small’ attitude
