About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Spence Doors, the Branch Manager is responsible for all of the Spence Doors Western Australia business encompassing both the manufacturing and sales functions. This is a critical role managing a site of approximately 20 employees in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for:

Overseeing/managing the day-to-day, end to end site operations.

Business Development through sales generation and executing business plans to a high level.

Production and timeline accountability.

Manage quality control standards, budget and cost controls.

Drive continuous improvement culture within the site team.

Lead and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

About you

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented with a hands-on approach and a sense of responsibility and ownership. You will be a strong team player who proudly boasts accuracy and exceptional attention to detail as a strength. Further, you will have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment essential.

Degree or Trade qualifications desirable.

Profit & Loss management and Project Administration experience

Timber, carpentry and/or metal work background highly desirable.

Experience with leading, managing and driving change management.

Experience and strong understanding of the Project Management process

Resilient, engaging, and open to learning

Experience dealing with builders and construction companies
