We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our newly revamped M.A.C / Jo Malone concept storeat Sydney Airport. This permanent full-time role is a fantastic opportunity for a beauty enthusiast looking to represent iconic beauty brands and make this stores their own.

Our ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• At least 2 years retail management experience
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proficiency using Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Natural ability to coach, develop and motivate others
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Expectational customer service skills with the ability to drive sales
• Creative and innovative approach to optimise sales opportunities
• A true passion and interest for retail and the beauty industry
• Availability to work rotating roster incorporating early starts, late finishes and some weekends
