Hr Business Partner

Global Luxury Fashion – Sydney

NOW HIRING| A HR Business Partner for this growing luxury fashion group based in Alexandria. This American Fashion House is an institution – renowned globally for their approach to accessible luxury with a number of brands that sit within their fold – you will join a talented HR team focused on delivering people and culture support and projects.

Reporting to the Head of HR – you will be supported by a HR Specialist – retail recruitment, and support both corporate and retail for all brands.

This role has a key focus on talent development and management, recruitment, employee relations and industrial relations, compensation and benefits and special projects.

To set you up for success you will need |

Degree qualified in relevant HR or Business discipline from a retail/wholesale background

5 years’ experience combined across HR or TA

Sound experience in industrial relations with strong working knowledge of industrial and employee relations.

Very responsive and has an innate desire to help others with a focus on wellbeing

Strategic thinker. Able to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks, make good judgements, and solve problems.

Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks.

Passion for people and all facets of HR

Payroll and Time & attendance system experience (desirable but not essential)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate confidentiality.

Creative problem-solving skills with strong business acumen and solid thought process

Ability to interact with employees at all levels.

Highly organized with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task

Tech savvy, passion for work efficiency with a keen eye for detail
