What role will you play? 

You will have the opportunity to rotate and experience different roles, working across business groups, disciplines, technology systems, and teams.  

Engineering  

You could be a developer, a specialist in architecture, UI design, tester, business analyst or deliver production support. Your rotation could include being a Software Engineer, Cloud and Platform Engineer, UX/UI Designer and more. 

Data Analysis  

Provide insight to help identify new opportunities for our business, automate routine processes and decisions and enable business growth. Your rotation could include the work of a data engineer, data analyst, data scientist and more.  

Cyber Security  

Support the constant evolution of our technology to keep pace with a shifting threat landscape. Your rotation could include being a Cyber Security Analyst, Security Engineer and more. 

Business Analysis 

Enable change in Macquarie by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to our stakeholders. Rotations in this area could include roles like a Functional Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Support Analyst and more. 

Project Management 

Organise, plan, and execute projects while ensuring alignment to budgets and schedules. The primary role in this job family is Project Coordinator. 

Design 

Use problem-solving and human-centred design processes to develop new products, services and learning experiences. Your rotations could include Experience Designer, Product Designer, Learning Experience Designer and more.

We have designed our graduate program to help you learn and grow. You’ll be supported and mentored by your peers and leaders, as well as through the Graduate Development Program. You’ll start with an induction at our headquarters in Sydney, where you’ll meet your grad cohort before commencing the program to kick-start your career.
