About the Role

The Dentons Construction team offers decades of experience and a long-held reputation as a leader in the sector, operating with market leading initiatives and technology, both locally and internationally.

You will be exposed to a broad range of non-contentious matters relating to commercial and residential building and development, infrastructure, and engineering projects. You will assist clients with construction and building agreements (and other related project agreements and documentation), operation and maintenance agreements, supply agreements and consultancy agreements.

You will work in a supportive and friendly environment and learn from an experienced team of lawyers eager to assist you in your continued growth. About you

In addition to a strong academic record, Dentons is looking for someone with the following capabilities and attributes:

reviewing written agreements and identify commercial and legal key risk areas or issues;

drafting experience with construction and building agreements (and other related project agreements and documentation), operation and maintenance agreements, supply agreements and consultancy agreements;

negotiating amendments to construction and building agreements (and other project agreements and documentation); and

experience with direct client contact and management.
