Advisory Consultant – Cyber Security

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Advisory Consultant to join our Brisbane sales team.

You will report to Intalock’s experienced Intalock’s Director of Sales, and have the chance to take on responsibility for providing Mid/Enterprise-level cyber security expertise to the sales team.

The Role

Our Advisory Consultant will support the Advisory team in designing and delivering Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

Responsibilities include the following:

•Ability to discuss a wide range of cyber security concepts.

•Support the execution of a consulting strategy communicate and distinguish between strategic and tactical considerations.

•Identify architecture solutions for clients

•Support the leadership and mentoring of others within the team members – especially those more junior

•Maintain skills and knowledge to continually develop compliance and regulatory requirements of business sectors

•Provide comprehensive services relating to cyber security strategy, risk management and services relating to threat, risk and maturity assessments

•Provide gap assessments against ISO 27001, NIST CSF and the Australian government publications and standards

•Deliver executive level presentations to client’s on findings and recommendations

•Contribute to the sales process which includes presentations, research, project scoping and tenders

•Develop the Service Catalogue

•Identify and qualify opportunities within consulting/presales engagements

• Communicate and distinguish between strategic and tactical considerations.

•Fully fluent in written and spoken English.

•Able to travel when required.

Technical Knowledge:

• At least one year consulting experience in Information Security audits or assessments.
