A role has arisen for Senior Litigation Secretary who is an integral part of the team.

This role includes duties such as:

Preparing Court Documents & Briefs;

Diary and Travel Management;

Billing;

Liaising with the Court Registry Barristers and Clients;

Electronic and Manual filing;

Opening and maintaining files;

General office administration tasks.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Keyboard skills;

Strong understanding of the Court systems;

Minimum of 2 years legal and administrative experience;

Prior experience in litigation highly advantageous;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Exceptional ability to work collaboratively, build and maintain professional internal and external relationships

Strong attention to detail and highly organised;

A proactive and enthusiastic work style.

Candidates currently studying Law will be considered, ideally those with a minimum of 2 years prior to admission. The firm is supportive in promoting their Legal Administration staff to Graduate positions.
