Job Description

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of operational administrative duties, as well as providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the office is maintained to a high standard. This is a multifaceted office coordinator role is responsible for providing support across various departments within the organization.

No two days will be the same however you can expect to become an expert in the following:

  • Coverage for the Front of House at lunch times, to cover absences and as required by the business at other times.
  • Working with the Office Manager to ensure a high level of service is maintained in the Sydney CBD office. 
  • Undertake administrative duties as requested by Office Manager including stock ordering, replenishment of kitchens and meeting rooms, issue troubleshooting.
  • Support Director of administration with setting up meetings, expenses, travel bookings, event management and other related support tasks.
  • Process invoices through our internal workflow system correctly and on time.
  • Support special projects and events as needed across departments as requested by the business.

Please note, this role is an office-based role, with a requirement of working in the Sydney CBD office five days per week.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for learning and taking on new challenges during the day to provide excellent client service to internal and external clients. The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities with a positive attitude and a high degree of professionalism.
