Key Responsibilities
• Greet every Player you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner – smile, make eye contact and maintain positive body language
• Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Players in whatever way is needed
• Protect our Players and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure Player safety while they play the game
• Take pride in ensuring food items are delivered quickly so they remain hot, fresh and appetising
• Ensure cleanliness by taking bus carts to the kitchen for clearing, then returning bus carts to the tee-line
• Work as one team with the Kitchen by completing side-work specified by the Senior Chefs
• Assist the Expo line if required
• Assist the Stewards with putting away equipment once washed

Key Qualifications
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, kitchen environment
• Ability to work as a team
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
