In this newly created role, the Brand Manager will lead a team of accomplished marketing professionals, across both digital and offline marketing, to further develop and strengthen the brand across all omnichannel touchpoints. The Brand Manager will possess a unique ability to think creatively, while exercising a strong commercial acumen, and will ultimately inspire the creation and execution of marketing and brand initiatives across retail, ecommerce and social. With the intention of driving brand growth and wowing an already engaged community while expanding this, this role requires a highly creative and detail orientated marketeer, who can think outside of the box, while also growing a commercial business.

Reporting to the Brand Director, the Brand Manager will focus on:

Leading on the ideation of creative campaigns & activation management. This will cover the full creative lifecycle, from idea, execution and reporting.

Building and managing and leading the brand campaign calendar and initiatives for ecommerce, in store and general digital, including key selling periods (Mother’s Day, etc).

Current market and competitor assessment and analysis

Working with other brand leaders to define the brands tone of voice across all channels.

Leading regular content development initiatives internally and with necessary 3rd parties

Building and reporting on performance measurables via ROI and KPIs

Managing but also inspiring a close-knit team of marketing professionals
