Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are on schedule and within budget.
• Assist in the production of marketing materials
• Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and visually appealing.
• Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage the company’s social media channels, creating content and engaging with followers.
• Support the planning and execution of company events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role preferred.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media management and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
