Team Leader Guest Services

The LEAP Project is a Public Private Partnership between the Commonwealth (Defence) and Plenary Living (LEAP2) Pty Ltd for the supply and operation of an independent housing environment, on selected bases, for long-term living-in, single Australian Defence Force personnel. DeltaFM is responsible for maintenance of these accommodation facilities.

Our opportunity

We currently have a full -time vacancy for a Guest Services   Team Leader at our client site at Robertson Barracks. You will support the Cleaning Supervisor in leading a team of cleaners. This is a Monday to Friday role!

Our overall cleaning team are responsible for the maintenance of the accommodation facilities, including laundry rooms and public spaces at our site at Robertson Barracks.

Key duties:

Assist the Supervisor in leading a team of Cleaners in Accommodation facilities of our client site

General cleaning duties of all accommodation areas

External cleaning of public buildings & facilities

Restoration and maintenance of hard and soft floor surfaces

A bit about you:

Cleaning experience in Accommodation management

Great leadership experience – ability to manage, motivate & support your team

Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job

Police Clearance to be obtained

Valid & current driving license
