We are seeking a part time (3 days) Concierge to join our high performing team in Adelaide. As a passionate ‘people-person’, you will act as the heart of the workplace providing personalized services to tenant customers and visitors alike, and administrative support to foster a sense of community. You will be empowered to deliver best-in-class Concierge services, establishing the lobby as a warm, welcoming, and vibrant destination.
About the role
- Conduct a variety of front-of-house activities such as warmly welcoming all staff and visitors and setting the tone for the lobby experience, answering calls and emails inquiries and general administrative tasks as required.
- Provide information and support to staff and visitors regarding amenities, transport, and places of interest.
- Respond to Tenant Service Requests, requesting building and housekeeping services as needed and periodically inspecting common areas and amenities to ensure good operating conditions.
- Perform general administrative duties & coordination of customer experience initiatives, events, online content for Host building app, booking amenities, and retail support & promotions.
- Proactively finding opportunities to provide a high-calibre, positive and friendly service for guests.
About you:
- Ideally previous experience in a similar role such as front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality fields.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form genuine rapport and meaningful relationships.
- Superior problem-solving and customer service skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.
- Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies, and applications
