It Support – Software / System Support

You will be a part of the System / Software support team and will be troubleshooting issues along with working on fixing business system issues, reproducing them, proposing workarounds, and resolving or escalating as required on diverse business software applications and hardware systems. Full training will be provided.

Skills:

• Qualification in IT, software, or computer science, or relevant work experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to problem solve at the root cause of the issue to resolution
• Ability to write and read basic SQL scripts
• Highly motivated and dedicated to learning and developing new skills with a positive attitude
