Who Are We?

ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote FIFO workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered work wear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

We offer permanent contracts that suit your lifestyle. This includes full time remote Fly in Fly out (FIFO) opportunities from Perth.

FIFO positions operate on a 14-day working fortnight away on site,7 days rest back at home. This means you will have your compulsory 1725 hrs of experience completed quicker than a city-based role. All meals, accommodation, uniforms, and flights are provided whilst on site.

Be mentored and trained by an exceptional team of highly qualified chefs whilst working in fantastic multi-cultural teams.

You will be exposed to cooking in production kitchens, learning the skills and techniques to deliver high quality food across a variety of styles of cuisine.

A bit about you!

Have completed a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at an Australian RTO.

You have applied for / OR have already obtained a 485 graduate visa and not already in the Job Ready Program with another company

You can obtain a clear national police clearance

You’re hardworking, reliable, able to follow instructions and can work to tight deadlines

Most importantly, a love food and dedicated to learning and growing with our company!
