About You

To be successful in this position you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of product development practices, ideally within similar FMCG or retail organisations.

This position will see you interacting with numerous internal and external stakeholders, so you will require strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills!

You’ll also have:

Experience with project management systems / workflow driven software.

Good packaging experience & knowledge of beverage manufacturing.

Strong cross functional leadership & project management capability.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills – ability to influence at all levels.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of local regulatory requirement.

Process improvement methodology – ability to continually refine, simplify & improve our practices.

Degree or equivalent qualifications in business or a science related field would be highly regarded as well as accreditation in project management.
