                                           Social Media and Partnerships Specialist

Â
Roles & Responsibilities:
 SOCIAL MEDIA
- Develop annual strategy with agency partners and monthly plans to support the business through owned brand social channels to drive (1) fan acquisition; (2) engagement; (3) share of voice (4) conversion and (5) brand transformation in the marketplace.
- Management, ongoing monitoring and optimization of Triumph social platforms to deliver consumer relevance.
- Platforms include: Triumph AU and NZ FB pages, sloggi AU & NZ FB /IG pages, Pinterest and You-tube accounts.
- Management of external agencies in development of the local digital brand marketing campaigns.
- Community Management & Moderation; Manage channels for AU/NZ and ensure that other brand activity PR, Retail etc. is closely integrated with Digital/Social
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in development of the digital campaigns -idea generation, creative and content supply, and KPISÂ
- Content production/copywriting for social, on-page and blog content to improve engagement.
- Creating and implementing bespoke / sourcing content, unique for each channel as demanded by strategy (i.e. copy; images, TOFU & BOFU).
- Support wholesale channels with content calendar aligned to retailer collections.
- Creating and implementing social media guidelines, a tone of voice and crisis management guidebook for each social platform.
- Prepare Social metrics and competitive listening reports and provide insights and reporting and extracting key learnings for action/improvements.
 Digital AdvertisingÂ
- Working with the Head of Marketing AUNZ and broader marketing team to develop digital (SEM & DDA) and brand media (ATL, OOH) plans to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and online/offline footfall.
- Liaising with media agency on provision of Digital/Brand Marketing creative and content and delivery of set KPIS for agreed media buy.
- Develop and implement plans for digital content that can be utilized across all digital channels (on page, blog, social, email, display) to improve brand presence, consumer engagement, and time on site and tell the brand story.
- Project manage and deploy (where appropriate) local as well as global programs e.g. Digital fitting programs. Create engaging and informative website and email content that accompanies the planned promotional messages, ensuring it is aligned with overall marketing objectives and drives traffic to appropriate areas.
- Use Advertising and Digital performance metrics and digital insights to analyze performance and extract key learnings for action/improvements.
- Where required, support Ecomm Team in management of Online Store and relevant content contributions to ensure best possible brand presence on site.

Affiliates/influencers/partners  Â
- Managing Affiliate channel to optimise and grow traffic and conversions with custom offers, develop key partner relationships for growth
- Influencers; identify influential AU/NZ bloggers and engage in relevant conversation for content generation across individual and owned social channels.
- Managing influencer collaborations with agency support and partnership opportunities.
- Reporting affiliate and influencer campaign metrics across digital channels and extracting key insights for future improvements to optimise digital activity
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in development of partners and sponsorship campaigns -idea generation, management and performance review      Â
Your ideal profile:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, within proven results.
- Degree in marketing, communications or advertising is essential
- Experience in content creation, social media reporting and drawing actionable insights from social media metrics
- Experience to execute and drive creative digital and social initiatives aligned to marketing calendar
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO, SEM and web management tools
- Creative writing skills and eye for developing engaging content
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritise and deliver in tight deadlines
- You must be able to work autonomously as well as possess strong team spirit and have a bright and positive attitude  Â
