About the role
As a Product Owner – Oracle, you will be accountable for setting the vision and strategy for Bunnings’ ERP systems. Working with key business stakeholders, you will develop clear product roadmaps that contribute to the delivery of Bunnings’ strategy.
By leading and collaborating with both internal and external delivery partners, you will be responsible for ensuring the right initiatives are delivered at the right time in order to realise maximum value for our customers, team members, and suppliers.
What’s involved:
- Work with a range of business stakeholders to understand needs and priorities and aligning this to the business direction, communicating decision outcomes whilst maintaining strong relationships
- Develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies
- Work in an agile delivery team, including supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items and optimising the value of the product/s
Who we’re looking for:
You come with significant demonstrated experience as a Product Owner across a large enterprise-wide platform. You enjoy being a trusted partner of the business, asking the right questions in order to ensure each solution within your roadmap is aligned with Bunnings Strategy and Technology principles.
You’ll need:
- Previous working experience as a product owner
- Experience working across Oracle ERP platforms (preferably EBS) or another similar large ERP platform
- Strong experience in a delivery or strategy related function
- Ability to set a product vision and achieve buy-in from key stakeholders
- Experience with business case development, validation, and business benefit realisation
- Good understanding of Agile ways of working and methodologies/frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in delivering change through internal development teams, partners, external agencies, etc
