JOB DESCRIPTION

Peppers Waymouth is a newly refurbished Adelaide 5 star CBD hotel, with a distinctly European feel. Featuring 202 stylishly appointed hotel rooms and and a brand new food and beverage outlet, Tutto Cucina + Bar, heated indoor lap pool, spa, sauna and fitness centre, it has a sophisticated ambience that the staff works hard to maintain. The always busy onsite conferencing facility caters for up to 150 guests.

Will be serving up old and new home-styled classics redone and make everyday Italian into something “grande speciale”. We dial up the unexpected and elevate the style and attitude, raising a glass to the Italian friend in us all.

To help us bring this all to life we are seeking passionate and driven individuals who are hungry for career progression and want to take on the role of Food and Beverage Attendant.

As our next Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:

• Join a brand new F&B team
• Be confident in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills
• Take food & beverage orders and run food & drinks
• Set up and pack down the restaurant and bar area following service periods 
• Handle customer enquiries and complains in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service
• Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times
• Always present yourself in a put-together, professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential 
• Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
• A valid RSA
• Exceptional organisation and communicative skills
• Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
