Personal Assistant

• Perth 5:2- 7.6 Roster | 12 months fixed term
• Three bonus plans, in addition to competitive fixed remuneration
• Free income protection, life and TPD insurance.
• 18 weeks full pay parental leave, or 36 weeks half pay, for primary caregivers

About the role

Newly created 12-month fixed term role seeking an experienced planning and execution focused Personal Assistant. Provide confidential and dedicated support to the Director Productivity and GM of Sales and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced career Personal Assistant who thrives in fast paced environments where no two days are the same.

Duties

• Effective inbox and calendar management via Outlook
• Preparation, research and proof reading of reports, memo’s, presentations and data, minute taking and actioning items
• Autonomous management of team events and administrative tasks with a focus on credit card reconciliation and purchasing functions through SAP
• Booking complex international travel including flights and accommodation for key stakeholders  

Skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience working as a personal assistant within project teams and/or sales and marketing within the Resource Sector is highly regarded
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite, experience with SAP, Enable and INX
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent and fluency in Mandarin is highly regarded
