The role
As Front Office Manager, you will lead the team across all areas of the Front Office and Concierge departments. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to make their mark and shape the success of this exciting property. What you will be doing:
- Coordinate and manage the Front Office department, inspiring our team of Assistant Managers, Guest Service Agents and Concierge team members to provide the highest level of service to our guests
- Drive a guest-obsessed culture and inspire our team members to create a story unique to each guest’s stay
- Be a calming influence in the midst of a high pressured, fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of.
- Foster positive relationships with other managers, department heads and stakeholders to meet business needs and achieve outcomes.
- Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever changing and challenging environment.
- Enjoy coaching and developing your team to succeed professionally via regular 1:1 meetings, personal development plans, appraisals, training and reward and recognition programs.
- Be flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings and overnights (if necessary) across the 7 days to ensure service standards expected are being achieved.

- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Opera PMS is highly regarded
