About the role and company; 
 
Our client is a leading HVAC services and construction contractor who has been building at a rapid rate with long serving contracts with builders and facilities management contractors. 
They are a specialist in hospitals, government centers, aged care and commercial HVAC – They are now seeking an experienced account manager to join their dynamic team. 

You’ll get great training, a chance to manage, lead and build your own team, genuine bonuses and no micro management – Work at your own pace! 
This would suit someone looking to step up into a service managers role or an account manager looking to assist growth with a well known contractor. 

 
Your day to day duties are but not limited to; 

• Managing and small to medium service port folio 
• Pricing and developing new service and maintenance contracts  
• Managing a team consisting of HVAC technicians, apprentices, admin staff and invoicing. 
• Managing clients and on site contractors  
• Training and development of apprentices 
• Working with multi trades, senior management and internal staff
• On site meetings 
• Managing safety and OHS 

Selection Criteria; 

• Trade qualified air conditioning 
• Valid drivers license 
• Two recent references 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Strong time management 
• Understanding of OHS
