About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team.

Our business is entering an aggressive growth phase and we are seeking an innovative Digital Marketer to develop and execute digital and online initiatives to support the Residential Real Estate marketing and communications strategy and grow our national profile.

We encourage applications from those seeking either a full time or part time position. This role can be based in any of our state office locations in a hybrid approach, some days you’ll be in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and report on marketing campaigns across all digital channels (social, website, SEM and SEO) to achieve marketing objectives and drive growth
• Plan, develop and deliver innovative and engaging content for all Elders Real Estate social media channels (FB, IG and LN), including copywriting and graphic elements
• Own and drive website improvements including proptech integrations
• Be the subject matter expert for digital marketing and provide ongoing support and training to the residential real estate network
• Promote and actively utilise research and data driven solutions to underpin digital marketing and communications activity

About you

• 3+ years demonstrated experience in a similar digital marketing role
• Proven success in the development, execution and reporting on tactical marketing campaigns and social media activity
• Solid understanding of the Meta Suite, Google Analytics and other digital platforms
• Experience briefing and managing agency relationships
• Experience managing a complex website structure, ideally with WordPress experience
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive initiative and drive to provide high levels of service
• Experience in real estate industry is desirable but not necessary.
