Job Description

Collar Group have a fantastic opportunity to join an Electrical Contracting company on a permanent basis as a HR Administrator.

  • Located in Welshpool
  • Permanent position
  • Full time hours
  • $30 – $34 per hour (Dependent on experience)

 
Key responsibilities:
 
 

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information 

Experience:
 
 

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
