JOB DESCRIPTION
Situated in the heart of Cairns City, the Pullman Cairns International is the largest hotel in Tropical Far North Queensland. With 324 rooms, a pool, gym facilities and Coco’s + Bar our in house restaurant; the Pullman offers a stylish, modern holiday experience. The team welcomes you to join us as an Front Office Assistant Manager (Duty Manager).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests, and delivering excellent guest experience.
- Take initiative to ensure interactions with guests are positive and productive.
- Monitor training and offer guidance to fellow employees whilst on shift.
- Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues.
About you
- Previous Front Office experience at a supervisory level.
- Proven experience in Front office systems, incl Opera, Opera cloud, ResDiary
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
