Site Based Recruiter – Kwinana Naval base location.

The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint a Recruiter – Site based to come and join our Waste to Energy Projects to assist with a peak in hiring for the next three months.

Reporting to the M&E Human Resources Manager this role will support the resourcing for the mobilisation of two major projects, and you will be involved in the whole Talent Acquisition lifecycle.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle:

• You will partner closely with internal hiring managers to ensure our corporate, functional and project teams are fully resourced and operational.

• Assist Managers with the development of organisational structure (including Position Descriptions) and identification of recruitment needs.

• Assist with interview coordination and offer letter generation and on-boarding of new employees

• Creating Selection materials and assisting hiring managers with interviews.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ideally, you will have experience working in a similar role and have internal recruitment experience, RPO or agency.

• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

• We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person who genuinely enjoys helping others.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging role, with an ability to problem solve, use initiative coupled with a desire to work as part of a high-performing team.
