About our Team
Our Digitisation team are spread across Australia, working collectively on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide client deliverables.
Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG’s success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers and boy, do we have some exciting projects coming up!
About the Role
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems is always maintained in accordance with instructions
- Perform document preparation duties
- Data entry tasks as required – Microsoft office competency is an advantage
- Pick and pack duties as required related to digitisation tasks
- High speed scanning of records
- Post processing of scanned images
- Quality assurance
Background (Police) Checks will be conducted on the successful applicant.
About you – desirables that may help you stand out from other applicants
- Attention to detail and accuracy when scanning and processing documents
- Ability to troubleshoot scanning problems, connectivity issues and software malfunctions.
- Familiarity with basic computer maintenance
- Ability to perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
