The role:

The Knight Frank Research and Consultancyteam is seeking an analyst with strong quantitative skills to help deliver onthe team’s wide-ranging research agenda.

This role will primarily focus on BrisbaneCapital Markets sectors including Retail & Life Science but will alsoprovide the opportunity to analyse property investment trends nationallyincluding the growth of emerging property asset classes.

The Research team produces a broad range ofresearch and reports and regularly delivers presentations to clients on currentmarket conditions and the outlook.

Key responsibilities:

• Regular collection of property market datafrom internal and external sources
• Prepare timely, accurate and insightfulreports on the Brisbane sectors as above
• Prepare market presentations and worktowards delivering these to clients alongside senior team members
• Contribute new ideas to enhance the impactof our research, including data visualisation
• Use analytical skills to assist withexisting consulting projects and help generate new business
• Build productive working relationships withKnight Frank staff across all service lines

​Who are we looking for?

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in aresearch role in property, economics, finance, government, or relatedconsulting services
• Tertiary qualifications inEconomics/Property/Data Science/Valuation
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MSExcel
• Strong written and oral communicationskills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of property research informationsources in Victoria (preferred)
• Knowledge of data analysis software – e.g.,Tableau/Power BI (desired)
• Flexible approach and ability to meet tightdeadlines
• Professional, collaborative, and confident
