As the Senior Data Scientist/ Analyst you will help to analyse, report and provide insights on the division’s data ecosystem, and to ensure strategic decision making based on accurate data-led insights.
Main accountabilities include:
- Prepare and design client facing reports and dashboards
- Automate data management processes and reports
- Analysis across media data to provide insight into campaign performance
- Enhance the data collection process and optimise data enrichment streams to streamline reporting and analysis
- Processing, cleaning and verifying of data
- Implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve data
To excel in the role you should have 5-7 years of experience and bring skills and knowledge including:
- Data extraction, transformation, visualisation and loading
- Creating and managing dashboards
- Working with Google Data Studio and similar including PowerBI, Tableau, Supermetrics etc.
- Foundational knowledge of database structures
- Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining
- Experience working with Python, Javascript and SQL
- Database management including structured (SQL) and unstructured (JSON) data, using multiple tools and coding languages
- Experience working with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google 360, DV360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and etc.)
- Sound knowledge and experience in API integration between platforms
- Ability to take ownership of campaign data management and reporting
- Strong analytical skills – ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data
- A good eye for detail, in both data & design
Working out of the Sydney CBD office with at least 2 days of remote working per week and ample flexibility as needed, this role is open to both full time and part time permanent candidates.
