Marketing Manager | Kerastase at L'Oréal (Melbourne)

Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Kerastase brand throughout Australia and New Zealand. ABOUT THE JOB

You will be entrepreneurial and deliver results with a hands on approach that balance the commercial and strategic priorities of the brand and business

Engaging and leading a team of marketers you will foster a collaborative and supportive team culture

Increasing the Kerastase brand market share and sales growth via driving contemporary marketing strategies within the hair industry

Defining, optimising and monitoring the marketing budget objectives and ensure the delivery of commercial outcomes

Leading end-to-end strategic marketing planning activities for the ANZ market including new product selection, campaign management and execution

Undertaking market analysis, sales forecasting, budget control, product launch plans, media planning, promotion design and implementation, preparation of reports and presentations

Building the internal and external image and reputation with customers, consumers and agencies, enhancing our brands’ attraction, image, awareness and experience

ABOUT YOU

You will have previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG/retail environment

You will have proven ability to create and implement marketing strategies to deliver commercial outcomes for the brand and overall business

You will have commercial expertise including accountability for delivering increased market share and brand awareness as well as a strong analytical focus

You will be a proven strong people leader with an adaptable style which encourages collaboration and engagement from your teams
