Job Title: Food and Beverage Market Research AssistantJob Description:We are looking for a part-time Food and Beverage Market Research Assistant to assist our team in conducting research and analyzing data on the food and beverage industry in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on market trends, consumer behavior, and key players in the market. They will also assist in identifying potential areas for growth and expansion in the industry.Responsibilities:Conduct secondary research by gathering information from existing sources such as industry reports, market research studies, and government statistics.Assist in conducting primary research by organizing surveys and focus groups with consumers in Australia to gather information on their preferences and behavior when it comes to food and beverages.Collect and analyze data using statistical methods such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, and factor analysis.Assist in the preparation of research reports and presentations.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the food and beverage industry in Australia.Attend team meetings and provide input on research findings.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail.Knowledge of the food and beverage industry in Australia is a plus.This is a part-time position, with approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, but some availability during business hours is required.
