Internal Recruitment Advisor

This business has played a crucial role in the building and construction industry for over 100 years. They have operations around Australia employing more than 2,000 employees. They are driven to produce quality products and services that will see them retain their leading position within the industries they operate in.

This busy role reports to the Workforce Development Manager and plays an integral role in ensuring all systems,processes and procedures are in place to source, recruit and retain the best available talent on the market.

Your role will incorporate the following:

• Implement programs that align with the organisational strategy, vision and values.
• Provide advice to management on market conditions, sourcing strategies and contemporary recruitment practices
• Advertise, screen and profile potential employees both blue and white collar
• Proactively liaise with internal management on recruitment requirements
• Map, pool and pipeline suitable candidates
• Establish target lists for leadership roles and proactively contact potential candidates
• Contract administration and monitoring to ensure compliance with EEO legislation.
• Management of internal and external job boards
• Report and analysis of recruitment metrics
• Developing candidate pools for future recruitment requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about recruitment and selection, have proven capability implementing and driving successful recruitment projects / campaigns. You will have experience in influencing, engaging and managing expectations of senior business leaders. Experience gained from the construction, engineering or manufacturing industries would be highly regarded.
