Talent International is searching for the following roles for 6 month contracts for our client, a large healthcare provider based in Brisbane CBD.

Commercial administrator
We are looking for a candidate with strong administration skills to assist in a team atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be a team player with 3+ years’ experience in:

• Intermediate MS Excel
• Contract Management/Procurement
• D365 experience in PO’s, procurement categories, processing invoices
• Preferred candidate would have previously worked in procurement or finance or accounts payable

Administration Coordinator – Business Performance
This core aspects of this role are:

• Administration
• Reconciliation of Corporate Credit Cards
• General Expenditure Spreadsheet work in excel
• Travel
• Training
• Assist processing accounts and approval chasing
• D365, Procedure writing/workflow skills
• Pipeline work
  • Close out old POs
  • Replace POs
  • Help write procedures
  • Assist with D&T communications
• Assist Resourcing team

We are also seeking a Senior Commercial Contract Manager to work across multiple corporate projects.
