The Role

Providing high standards of customer service
Deliver exceptional leadership abilities
Undertake operational activities including rostering, stock management, VM, recruitment, training, and coaching
Achieving and exceeding personal and team KPI targets
Identify, communicate, and resolve loss prevention issues
Drive policy and procedure within the team.

About you

Previous retail management experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
A motivational leadership style that creates a harmonious work environment
Ability to initiate change by influencing and inspiring your team
An understanding of all in-store retail operations
