As the Marketing Manager for this leading brand, you will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s strength in market and accelerating the brand’s message across various digital touch points on behalf of the whole organisation.

Responsibilities:

Use online and offline marketing channels to help properties increase occupancy by delivering effective marketing campaigns.

Find ways to leverage video and new platforms in order to establish our organisation as the leader in the industry for tech-savvy students.

Develop, execute, and evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing and communication strategies. Keep stakeholders informed about successful and unsuccessful activities through digital dashboards.

Guide your property teams in utilising a variety of marketing tools and platforms to achieve better marketing outcomes. Provide training and leadership to support their efforts.

Your experience:

Go-getter attitude and passion for driving business outcomes

Minimum 4 years’ experience in leading own campaigns in online and offline channels (Experience in property or a similar sector is highly regarded)

Ability to rapidly learn bespoke systems and demonstrate proficiency using web platforms to create or edit content on websites, social and email marketing platforms

Working knowledge of social and digital analytics, SEO and SEM
