Here at Loopit we are on a mission to enable our customers to provide a new, customer-led business model – Automotive Subscription. We are building a B2B Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) platform that equips our customers across the full subscription lifecycle and takes the pain and complexity out of providing a subscription service.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer with a growth mindset to join our expanding team and help us achieve our mission – all while working with modern, best-in-class technology partners such as AWS, Snowflake, Auth0 and Twilio. Based in Sydney and as part of an outcome-focussed product and engineering team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while enjoying the autonomy that comes with clarity of mission and purpose.

This role is a combination of co-location (for collaboration) and remote work with a typical split of 1 day a week in the Sydney CBD office with the remainder remote.

What do our Software Engineers do?

• Understand the business and create solutions to solve business problems
• Collaborate, learn from, mentor and coach your peers
• Write clean, scalable and maintainable code
• Communicate clearly – both verbally and written so that context is appropriately set
• Possess a desire to grow personally and professionally

What would we like you to bring to the team?

• Software engineering expertise in PHP (Laravel) is a must and as a bonus, a framework such as Vue JS
• Understand and have an interest in CI/CD and other DevOps practices in an AWS environment is a bonus
• Be able to pick up new technologies, ways of working and soft skills
• Be open to change and with a growth mindset
