About the role:

– Learn how to be a successful “360” Recruitment Consultant
– Match top candidates to top jobs in the Sales industry
– Screen candidate CVs/resume’s
– Call candidates to understand their job search and discuss job opportunities
– Interview candidates to gain a deeper understanding of their skills and motivations
– Build great, lasting relationships with candidates (and in turn, clients)
– Provide interviewing tips to help candidates find success with potential employers
– Process recruitment admin as needed
– Write job advertisements
