Advisor – Recruitment

The Macmahon WAC Head Office is located near Perth International Airport, T2. The Macmahon office is an award-winning facility with a large, recently upgraded on-site gym, free secure undercover parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The WAC Head Office hosts Macmahon’s centralised support services and operates as the centre of gravity for the wider Australian business.

Macmahon is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join the Perth corporate team. This position is also on offer in a Bunbury-based capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment of skilled candidates to Macmahon’s newest upcoming project, Greenbushes. This role will suit either an experienced internal Recruitment Advisor or an agency Recruitment Consultant looking to make the move to an internal role. 

About you
•    Previous experience in a recruitment position
•    High level of administrative skills 
•    High level of attention to detail
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Current C Class Drivers License
•    SuccessFactors experience would be advantageous but not essential

As a part of the recruitment process for this role you are required to complete a pre-employment medical, inclusive of drug and alcohol screening and completion of criminal history and qualification checks.
