We are looking for someone who ispassionate about driving CHANGE – but with a difference. Youwill support clients in driving the ‘people side ofchange’ on transformation projects, including: Digital transformation and technology implementations Operating model design Organisational structure design Post-merger integrations Culture changeIf you are a passionate individual that is looking to applytheir core skills and grow their capability in change management,this opportunity is for you.You can demonstrate experience in key areas of change including(but not limited to): Change impact and readiness assessments Stakeholder identification and management Change sponsorship and leadership engagement Change strategy and plan development Training needs analysis and program development Communication planning and execution Applying a structured approach to change based on best practice methodologies and toolsWhat you’ll need to succeed 2-4 years of experience in change management in a client-facing role (whether internal or external) Knowledge and practical experience in various change management methodologies and new ways of thinking to drive change (e.g. human centered design) Tertiary qualifications in change management, project management, psychology or in a related discipline would be highly regarded but not essential Interested in learning and developing in a fast-paced collaborative team, willing to give and receive feedback and bring a positive mindset Self-motivated approach to the role and keen to take on new challenges and opportunities in a client-facing role Experience driving projects in financial services and/or government sector is considered an assetWhat we will offeryouBDO offers professional development, collaborative culture,workplace flexibility, global career growth opportunities and anindustry-competitive salary package.We are committed to building your technical, advisory,leadership, and management skills, and balance work with promotinghealth, wellbeing, workplace giving and social activities.
