  • Provide evidence-based advice on improving digital platforms and channels using analytics and reporting.
  • Implement research and customer insights to improve customer satisfaction and product usage
  • Provide advice on reputation management and risk profiling across digital and media channels.
  • Delivery the program of work within the account service model, the agreed timeframe, budget, and governance framework.
  • Provide expertise and technical knowledge in specialist area across a range of programs or activities for the agency.

  • Conduct quality control of content, digital assets and related metadata, following the Agency’s publication standards and guidelines, to ensuring ahigh standard of presentation and accessibility of content
  • Coordinate content publication that may originate from different Agency business units and/or internal and external stakeholders, with different authors and approvers, and facilitate cooperation between teams when necessary.
  • Provide regular reporting on content availability and usage by monitoring access metrics and making recommendations for changes and improvements.
  • Work with the team, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers (if necessary) to deliver improvements to the functionality provided by the website.
  • Supporting the development of a culture of meaningful collaboration within the Agency to support the delivery of the Agency of its objectives and work program.
