The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Suppler Quality Warranty Manager to join our quality team.  Embracing flexible working arrangements, you will be able to be based from either Melbourne CBD, Dandenong or Ballarat, as well as part remote working. key responsibilities include:

• Leading the supplier quality warranty activities for the region.
• Leading the problem solving from characterization of the issue till root cause is identified and a solution is defined with the external supplier.
• Ensuring the Return on Experience (REX) is captured and shared across projects and corrective action is deployed in all related projects.
• Mobilizing suppliers for quick and efficient solving of issues.

About You
 

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about problem solving and product quality. You will also have;

• Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
• A continuous improvement mindset and customer focus
• Experience in a similar field such as Engineering, validation, field reliability growth
• Tertiary qualifications in a technical/engineering discipline
• Knowledgeable of Industrial fields, Supplier Quality, Production, Quality, Procurement or equivalent (preferred)
