Working closely with a highly regarded law firm, Kaleidoscope Legal Recruitment are on the hunt for a HR grad or junior recruitment consultant to join a supportive and collaborative national HR team! We are seeking a switched on, energetic individual, who is looking to take their next step in their career. 

In this role you will assist with all HR tasks for the company, including working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on all recruitment for the firm. Your duties may include:

• Assisting hiring managers through the recruitment process
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Co-coordinating and attending interviews
• Assisting with new starters and on-boarding
• Drafting documents and contracts
• Assisting HR Advisors/ Managers on a range of administrative tasks 

This role will have you exposed to a wide variety of people in the legal industry, including at Partner level. You will succeed in this role if you have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. A willingness to learn will also be key to your success in this role.

This role will suit someone with strong administrative skills and a positive, can-do attitude. A recent HR graduate or junior recruitment consultant would be well suited to this role.
