About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you will provide high-quality end-to-end internal recruitment support across Australia. You will support and assist the team in ensuring we all achieve our goals, which will include delivering exceptional customer service and candidate care, job ad writing, generating vacancies, managing the careers inbox, compliance, reference checks, reporting, plus plenty more!
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
· Previous experience within a recruitment support/administration role is desirable.
· Strong attention to detail
· Exceptional customer service skills
· A solution-focused approach & look at how to make things possible
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Commitment to continually improving the candidate experience
· Australian citizen
