Harvey Norman Commercial Project Division is a leading supplier to the Victorian building, plumbing and development sectors. We are rapidly expanding in the Victorian market and are looking for Warehouse Clerk to join the busy Laverton North Warehouse.

 Responsibilities:

• Answering to internal and external queries regarding stock received and dispatched
• Filing and looking up Proof of Delivery information
• Providing ETA’s to key stakeholders for deliveries
• Printing labels and supporting documents for Despatch team
• Manage shared email Inbox
• Liaise with drivers and assist in solving on road challenges
• Answering all internal queries regarding stock received, to assist our end customer.
• Complete filing of documentation as required
• Checking off delivery sheets, and booking out invoices
• Provide support to Warehouse Manager on procedural and operational needs
• Assist with the daily workflow and ensure smooth efficient warehouse operations
• Compliance with OH&S processes and procedures

What you’ll need to succeed:

• A strong, positive personal brand
• Good understanding of Transport and Victorian Suburbs preferable
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Have the ability to work autonomously and also within a team
• High level of attention to detail
• Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced warehouse environment
• A strong commitment to OH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
